  Communication related to the provisions of Art 13 of the D. Lsg., no: 196/'03, which regard the personal data Protection

The Law Decree of June 30th, 2003, no: 196, prescribes the right of protection of everybody's data. In compliance with these provisions, our Company, Fime S.p.A., that receives your personal data through this site, would like to inform you beforehand, according to Art 13 of the Law Decree no. 196/'03, that the relative treatment will be characterized by the principle of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Depending on the reason why you have consented to freely introduce your personal data onto this site, their treatment by our Company may vary but shall always remain within the limits explained hereinafter or as specified in the Communication reported in the relevant section in the event your personal data is introduced for job application purposes. Therefore, in order to complete the hereinabove indicated briefing, we provide you with the following information regarding your personal data treatment:

  • It may be used in order to satisfy your particular requests and/or for contractual purposes and needs and consequential execution of legal and tax liabilities, as well as to consent an efficient management of financial and commercial transactions. This treatment will last for as long as it is necessary to meet your requests and for the entire contractual period, even afterwards, so that legal liabilities can be fulfilled and financial and commercial objectives met;
  • It will be used by appropriately in charge subjects using suitable tools and procedures in order to guarantee its safety and privacy and it may be done both by using printed forms or electronic tools;
  • Not conferring your data may cause the impossibility to meet your requests and/or to establish and continue doing business, provided that the data is necessary for carrying it out or is prescribed by legal liabilities;
  • The personnel categories to whom your data may be communicated or who may be informed about it, being the managers or personnel in charge, are the following:
      • a) within our Company, all our staff members and in particular the employees of the following departments: Administration, Commercial & Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics & Programming, Information Technology, R & D Department, Engineering, Production, Quality and Human Resources;
      b) authorized subjects by the law in force, limited to their authorization;
      c) subjects who need to have access to your data in order to reach the objectives between your and our company, exclusively when necessary to perform back-up tasks assigned to them: our network of agents, distributors and representatives, loan agencies, leasing and factoring firms, credit recovery firms, credit insurance firms, insurance campaigns, commercial information firms, freight agents, data banks for commercial information, services firms, our companies controlled and/or merged;
      d) our consultants, exclusively when necessary to carry out their work at our Company.
    1. Your personal data will not be divulged but solely after you give your personal consent to our request;

    3. In regard to your personal data, we furthermore inform you that you can exercise all the rights prescribed by Art 7 of the D.Lgs. no: 196/2003, as described herein below:
        4. a) to obtain the acknowledgement of your personal data existence, even if it has not yet been registered, to obtain the communication, in an intelligible form, about the same data and its origin, as well as the purpose and modality of treatment and the logics applied in the event that the data is treated by means of electronic tools;
        b) to obtain the data or the data lot cancellation or transformation into an anonymous form when it is no
        longer necessary to archive it for the same scope it was originally gathered for;
        c) to obtain the update, ratification and integration of your data;
        d) to prohibit, partially or totally, due to legal reasons, the treatment of the personal data related to you,
        even though pertinent to the scope of their gathering;
      To claim your right you can write directly to our Company, Fime S.p.A. who is the “treatment owner” and whose personal data is given at the bottom of this document.
